As regards preparing an environmental impact assessment, we can complete the inventory of some environmental elements (plants, groups of animals, aquatic environment) on which the plan has a potential impact. In accordance with the Environment Protection Act we propose mitigation measures. Timing of the study preparation is important however we can prepare an expert opinion on the basis of present data and expertise.
