In the gallery of portraits of Slovenian scientists and intellectuals a journalist Štefan Kutoš interviewed Prof. Dr. Marina Dermastia, the scientific counselor at NIB and professor at the Biotechnical Faculty.


They talked about her studies of maize, teozinte and molecular interactions between plants and pathogenic microbes, importance of plants, her book, how to communicate science. The radio show The images of knowledge was aired on Radio Slovenia - ARS, Friday November 19, 2010.
