The summer school will consist of two parts. The theoretical part (lectures) will be held in P5 lecture room and will be open to broad scientific audience (no registration fee). The lectures will be focused on various methodological aspects and the usage of microarray techniquesin plant physiology. The practical part (lab and computer sessions) is open to 16 pre-selected participants from different European countries. They are mostly PhD students and post-docs working in the field of plant physiology, bioinformatics and informatics. Around 30 lecturers from several Europe countries lecturing at the summer school are experts in high throughput technologies in postgenomic era, in bioinformatics or informatics and in plant physiology.
