As Head of the Project Management Office at the National Institute of Biology (NIB), I provide comprehensive support to researchers and research teams in securing competitive funding and managing projects from initial concept to successful implementation. My work includes monitoring funding opportunities, advising on the most suitable funding instruments, and coordinating the preparation of project proposals—from concept development to consortium building, budgeting, risk planning, and compliance with call requirements.

I place a strong focus on strategic partnership development and consortium building, the preparation of high-quality proposals, and the establishment of efficient project management processes (time, resources, reporting, and contractual obligations). In doing so, I encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and the transfer of knowledge and results into practice, while promoting the principles of open science, research integrity, and responsible research and innovation.
